This red, white and blue beauty was designed by Marilyn Foreman. We are using the exact batiks pictured here. The block of the month includes the pattern and all the fabric for your quilt top and binding. It will begin in March and run for 12 months. The finished quilt measures 72" x 72". Common Threads bases the shipping postage on the weight of the package, and only charges exactly what the post office charges us. This means that most months will usually be somewhere between $2.00 and $3.00 within the United States. Anything that is over 13 ounces will ship in a flat-rate envelope, which is currently $7.00 domestically. This is subject to change if the post office raises or lowers the rate. When you check out, the webstore will show the $7.00 postage rate, because that is the highest we will charge for shipping this block of the month alone.
